Getting started

In this chapter you build your first section with a PremSoft element in just a few clicks.

Open a shopping experience

In the admin, open Content → Shopping Experiences.

Use Create shopping experience to start a new layout, or edit an existing one.

You land in the Designer – the visual editing interface.

Add an element

In Shopware you don't drag individual elements onto the page, you drag blocks from the sidebar. Each PremSoft block contains exactly one PremSoft element.

Click the plus icon on the left to open the block selection.

At the top, choose the category "PremSoft CMS Elements". All elements of this plugin are bundled here.

Drag the desired block onto the right spot of your page.

You can also find the PremSoft elements via the search field in the block selection, e.g. by typing "accordion" or "countdown".

Design an element

Click the inserted element.

The settings sidebar opens on the right (or via the gear icon).

Adjust content, colours, images and behaviour. Many elements work with lists (e.g. multiple accordion entries or gallery images) – use "Add" to create new entries.

The live preview in the Designer reflects your changes instantly.

Choose images

Wherever you can set an image, you use Shopware's familiar media manager: pick an existing image with one click, or upload a new one directly – exactly like the standard "Image" element.

Save and publish

Click Save in the top right.

Assign the layout to a category, product page or home page (Content → Shopping Experiences → Assignments, or directly on the category).

Done – your visitors now see the result in the storefront.
