# Pre-Requisites

1. The extension can only be installed on a self-managed Shopware environment running at least version 6.6.9.
2. You need a SCHUFA connection contract and API credentials.
3. The shop must include payment methods that carry a risk of default and are processed by the shop operator itself.

{% hint style="warning" %}
A SCHUFA Credit Report may only be carried out for payment methods that pose a default risk for the shop operator. These are the following payment methods: **Purchase on account** and **SEPA direct debit**.

The shop's privacy policy must indicate that SCHUFA inquiries will be carried out for the specified payment methods when the order is completed. SCHUFA provides a text template for this purpose in accordance with the GDPR.
{% endhint %}

4. The extension is exclusively for EUR amounts. Make sure you do not use any other currencies together with the check.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.premsoft.de/en/plugins/schufa-credit-report/pre-requisites.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
