# DSGVO

Zwei Elemente binden Inhalte von externen Anbietern ein. Damit dein Shop datenschutzfreundlich bleibt, setzen sie auf eine **Zwei-Klick-Lösung**.

## Was bedeutet die Zwei-Klick-Lösung?

Externe Dienste wie YouTube, Vimeo oder Google Maps können beim Laden Daten deiner Besucher (z. B. die IP-Adresse) an den Anbieter übertragen. Mit der Zwei-Klick-Lösung wird der externe Inhalt **erst dann geladen, wenn der Besucher ausdrücklich zustimmt**. Vorher sieht er nur einen Platzhalter mit Hinweistext.

## Betroffene Elemente

### Video (DSGVO-konform)

* Im **Consent-Modus „Zwei-Klick"** wird das YouTube-/Vimeo-Video erst nach Klick auf die Zustimmungsschaltfläche geladen.
* Du kannst **Hinweistext** und **Button-Text** frei anpassen.
* Optional kannst du auch einen **Direkt-Modus** wählen (ohne Vorab-Zustimmung) – prüfe in diesem Fall, ob das zu deiner Datenschutzerklärung passt.

### Google Maps (DSGVO)

* Die Karte lädt erst nach **Zustimmung** des Besuchers.
* Du kannst **Hinweistext**, **Button-Text** und ein **Platzhalterbild** hinterlegen.

### Karte (OpenStreetMap)

* OpenStreetMap kommt **ohne Google-Konto und ohne API-Schlüssel** aus.
* Du kannst zusätzlich einstellen, dass auch hier eine **Zustimmung** verlangt wird.

Das Plugin liefert dir die technischen Werkzeuge für einen datenschutzfreundlichen Betrieb. Die rechtskonforme Ausgestaltung – insbesondere die Angaben in deiner **Datenschutzerklärung** und die Abstimmung mit deinem Cookie-/Consent-Banner – liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Im Zweifel ziehe bitte rechtlichen Rat hinzu.
